Pastoral Care

Our heart is to be a church family that shares life where we can talk openly with trusted people, care for each other and receive help.

We want everyone to feel a part of this family and encourage joining a Group as a way to build friendships. We also encourage mentoring, discipleship and meeting for regular prayer.

The Church is a family that cares. Our aim is to support and care for people with the same grace and hope as Jesus. We want to love God and love each other by encouraging everyone in their Christian life.

Pastoral Care Team

Christ Church has a Pastoral Care Team. We are here to help you. Anyone can face particularly difficult times in life and may need additional help. Pastoral Care offers a opportunity for a conversation, support or prayer to those being visited.

We take time to support those who who are elderly, disabled, housebound, ill, recovering from illness or bereavement at home, in residential day-care centres or in hospital. We make and maintaine telephone contact with identified individuals. We take Communion at Home to church members who have requested and who are unable to come to Sunday Service.

If you are struggling with an issue that needs the Minister support or professional expertise, get in touch with the church office.
